Train insane or remain the same?? 25 each foot followed by 10 jumps. 😲 When I’m cutting this is typically what It looks like between strength training sets. HIIT cardio to get the heart rate up and going! I’ll do sprints, jumping jacks, box jumps, sprinting in place, footwork speed drills etc! Best thing about what I did today, is that it’s COVID-19 approved.. you can do it anywhere. All ya need is a chair, or a stump or even a cooler 🤷🏻‍♂️ No one likes excuses!!

On holidays? Hotel gym doesn’t have much equipment? Maybe you’re isolating at home amongst a global pandemic and only have dumbbells? Here’s a workout for both, for when you have limited equipment 💪🏼⠀ ⠀ 1. Incline chest press | 3 x 12 reps - don’t have an incline bench? Use a flat bench, roller or just lay on the floor ⠀ 2. Weighted reverse lunge | 3 x 10 each leg⠀ 3. Bent over row | 3 x 12 reps ⠀ 4. Weighted squats | 3 x 12 reps⠀ 5. Single arm lateral raise | 3 x 10 each arm⠀ 6. Knee tucks | 3 x 12 reps - no fit ball? 80lb AMRAP KB swings Finally got to whip out the new 80lb KB!! Was so stoked and had such an intense workout! I was so curious as to how many I could do and I know I could have done more but my forearms were on fire 😅. But I pushed and kept extending my goal and really surprised myself! I’ve actually been really loving these home workouts- I feel myself challenging myself a whole lot more than I would normally and it feels so freaking gooood. I have never felt like throwing up like this after a workout until now😭😂 . How many swings do you think I did? Went outside today before the rain came! —————————————— I did a quick warm up to get my body moving. For today’s workout I did a certain amount of reps in each set. After completing all sets I moved on to the next exercise. —————————————— This workout has lots of push ups. I haven’t done much arm conditioning since I’ve been done with gymnastics, so I need to do more arm work. I also need to work on staying tighter in the handstand shoulder taps and not using a wall. I recorded one set of each exercise if you guys want to try!

This is the workout I did today! ——————————————— I jogged a mile on the treadmill to warm up. Then I did each leg exercise for 30s followed by a 20s rest before the next exercise. After all the exercises I immediately repeated two more times. Then I followed Alexis Ren’s 10 min ab workout on YouTube. ——————————————— I recorded a few reps of each leg exercise in case anyone wanted to try this workout! It will definitely make you sweat and the 20s rest seems to go by faster each time!

Since 90% are no longer running on these dinosaurs, and are probably opting to run outside, let’s turn this post into an outside workout (remember you can only go out once for exercise so don’t waste it). .
