5 steps to transformation
Hey friends, here is my story>>
In June 2019 I started asking myself questions: do I feel comfortable with my body? Does it make me confident? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
After waking up I thought : Why I’m so tired? Or today is Monday already? Omg I overslept.
After I made a large cup of coffee, I run to work and made a cup again. I didn’t drink water, my body was praying for survival. I got tired very fast already at 12pm. I thought maybe I’m overworking? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m sure you can recognise yourself here. So I said myself let’s change it! – I started to transform my thinking and habits. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔺First - I cut on alcohol. To kill this habit, I made a bet with my colleague not to drink any % for 1 month. No surprise I got more time – one additional day (Sunday) to dedicate for making things I dream about. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❗️Big minus- It was super depressing the first weekend not to go out. Yes, my friends stopped asking me out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now I ask my friends to play volleyball or make TRX session with me- there are new hobbies! Or yoga on the roof? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔺2nd – early wake up. I wake up 6-7am even on the weekend. The day is full, you accomplish so much and procrastination just decides to give up. Early wake up keeps you ‘pushing’ it. It took me one month to change my timing, don’t get stressed at the beginning!
🔺3rd – fresh air run. I run or stroll in the morning in the park, I meditate on the grass with guided meditation video from Youtube. It helps to find the inner balance which is so much needed in stressful environment. Yoga works as well! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔺4th - abs workout. One of the key confidence builders is sports. It can be in any form and length. I started from small - not to burn out. 20 min a day can bring you to crazy results. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Swipe the photo left to continue....
