Why is it that you’re questioning yourself in the first place?
If you’re legitimately questioning because of the above points - great, you’ve spent time listening to what your body might want. But if you’re questioning whether you should eat something based on the thoughts of those around you, societal expectations or because you think you ‘shouldn’t eat dessert’, then it’s time to re-evaluate your thought process.
