#BoxingPrediction Tomorrow prospect Chris "Primetime" Colbert (13-0 5KOs) will fight former world champion Jezreel Corrales (23-3 9KOs). I really like this fight. I first saw Corrales fight when he lost to Alberto Machado in 2017 by KO in the 8th round. He was showing good skills but was too willing to bang with a much stronger puncher and ended paying the price. It took him a while to get back in the ring but he did and in his second fight back he lost to Ladarius Miller by split decision. I wasn't able to watch the fight live and haven't been able to see it because I can't find it anywhere. Colbert on the other hand is on the come-up and has great boxing skills, speed, and IQ. He almost took the Olympic route but decided to go pro instead. He doesn't have a lot of power but he definitely showed otherwise when he scored a highlight reel first round KO of Miguel Beltran Jr in his last fight. This is a big fight for him and I believe it'll be his biggest test to date by far. Still, I think it's Colbert's time and that he will outskill the veteran Corrales. I got Colbert by Unanimous Decision. ---------- If you haven't watched it yet I seriously encourage you to watch Counterpunch, the documentary from 2015/16. It featured Colbert, Peter Quillin, and Cam F Awesome, an aspiring Olympian.
