UPDATE: I went to the doctor for my back today. She believes I pulled a muscle in my lower back, so they gave me a muscle relaxer. I have to chill out on the back workouts for now until it is healed. |• Start With What You Have•| . . #FBF to my first recorded gym video😩😩😩 . . Yep this was shot at a vertical angle because I had not learned to do my videos horizontally 😩 . . I didn’t have a tripod or camera so I used my iPhone 7 and propped it up on dumbbells . . Lighting was horrible . . Editing was done on my iPhone with iMovie before I learned other apps to enhance or crop😩😩 . . BUT . .
