Pistol não é um exercício simples. Ele exige muito do seu tornozelo, do seu joelho, do seu quadril. É um exercício que está na moda provavelmente por ser tão desafiador. Uma questão aqui é que muitas pessoas conseguem fazer esse movimento pois começam lá em cima e despencam o corpo usando a velocidade e a força elástica para descer e para subir. Mas o que isso pode ter de errado? Pela velocidade você não tem como ter total controle sobre o que está acontecendo no seu corpo e nas suas articulações. Há um “tranco” quando se atinge a fase baixa (que não é errada quando se faz de forma consciente ) e há uma tendência natural do quadril em girar internamente pelo posicionamento da articulação o que acaba gerando uma certa instabilidade para o joelho. Preste atenção: eu não estou dizendo que você não deve fazer o pistol. Apenas dizendo que ele é um exercício que exige muito do seu corpo portando em respeito a ele você deve se preparar para isso para não pagar um preço alto depois. Hoy celebramos el Día Mundial de la Alimetación por eso queremos darte una lista de los 6 alimentos que más contribuyen a darte saciedad y tener un estilo de vida saludable. 1.Agua: basta tomar un par de vasos de agua 10 minutos antes de comer para comprobar como se come menos cantidad y se termina con mejor sensación. Pero no sólo el agua te sacia, los alimentos más ricos en agua son los que más te llenan. 2.Apio: Famoso porque aporta tan sólo 5 kcal por tallo, y su alto contenido en fibra saciante hace que gastemos más calorías en masticarlo y digerirlo de las que aporta. I spent so many years thinking I didn’t know how to exercise. I had so many beliefs around movement.... a few like: It was too hard. It took too long. If it was enjoyable, I wasn’t “getting anything done” Adults only worked out for vanity You had to hire a trainer to teach you. It takes years and you have to start early in your life to be athletic. You had to have certain clothes/shoes/fitness trackers to get a workout in 🤦🏻‍♀️ All BS. Y’all. Go for a walk.... literally. Put on whatever freaking shoes you have and step out the door. You don’t need lululemons and Nike’s to get a walk in. I promise. You don’t need a gps tracker on your wrist to know how many steps you took. You don’t need shoe inserts or a post workout recovery shake to get your freaking foot out the door. Take two seconds, connect with your breath, put one foot in the other, and see how different you feel in just five minutes. Lacing yo my shoes is always the hardest part of my workout. It’s time for the 6 week pre holiday shred! 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️I’m posting this so there’s a comparison picture 6 weeks from now - - Many people like to bulk up during this time of year and I want to change your perspective on that a bit. We all gain a bit of weight around the holiday season and that’s not a bad thing at all. However, I think it’s better to cut down a bit before that so when you do start eating more around Thanksgiving time your body will use those extra calories better for muscle building and you’ll be able to stay leaner throughout the holidays! 🦃⛄️ - - Anyway I’ll be posting workouts and my meals if you want to follow along and do the same over the next 6 weeks. 1 year difference: core & abs 😇 On both sides I ate about 1400 calories each day (calorie deficit) to lose stubborn body fat, but during this year I made some changes concerning my training. Left side (07/2018): lots of cardio, probably 3-4 times a week, 5 lifting sessions (2 lower body, 2 upper body, 1 full body session), not training core or abs at all! Right side (07/2019): no cardio at all or once per week, 6 lifting sessions (3 lower body, 2 upper body (except back), 1 isolated arm day/rear delts), training core and abs 3 times per week. Between those diets I made a small bulk: 11/2018 - 03/2019 which allowed me to gain more overall muscle mass 😊 Consistency & Discipline is 🗝!
