After a day of cancelled classes, you’d think I’d be feeling refreshed.... umm no. Not at all.
Trying to practice my sequence for tomorrow’s practicum with my wonderful son climbing on me and sitting on my face in various poses.
Proceeding to have a full meltdown for my lack of attention and throw hot wheels at me.
An hour before heading out to actually teach a class, my cat strolls home with his neck covered in blood... sweet.
Cancel class and begin to play veterinarian to assess the damage below.
At this time thinking to myself I haven’t even completed my workout yet.
My dad walks in, Kyler pooped for the 3rd time today. I’m washing cat blood off the walls and carpet.
Pull myself together and head out the door. Man it’s late, I want to skip the workout. I don’t. Open my book. Glute day.... offfffff course..... longest workout of the week.
Getting into the second move of the workout and what’s this!? Oh my headphones die. Sweet baby Jesus. Pull out the backup, oh, awesome... don’t work at all. Throw them in the trash. Wired headphones here I come.
Ps. I also forgot my preworkout at home on the counter, this one gets no added boost.
Returned home. More blood and wound to clean. Bathroom door is locked. I hear the kids, they aren’t getting along. But I’m just going to hang out here for a bit with my people hating cat. Because at this moment, I think we are vibing on the same level.
