SENTADILLA Lo ideal es combinar sentadillas parciales con sentadillas profundas para conseguir un trabajo más intenso. para aumentar la masa muscular en las piernas, pero realmente es mas completo. Su realización demanda la movilización de varios grupos musculares y resulta muy efectiva para desarrollar masa muscular. SENTADILLA LATERAL Partiendo de la posición normal de una sentadilla, abre ligeramente los pies hacia los lados. En lugar de flexionar las dos piernas a la vez, dobla únicamente una rodilla, mientras la otra pierna queda totalmente extendida para no desequilibrar la espalda, y repite con el lado contrario. PATADAS DE GLÚTEOS en el suelo, sencillo y cómodo de realizar es apto para realizarlo en el hogar ya que no requiere ni instalaciones ni equipos dedicados. Ahora bien, si lo que buscan es mayor trabajo de carga pueden colocar en los tobillos las típicas resistencias que se fijan con velcro para darle mayor peso al entrenamiento y obtener resultados mucho más rápido y más visibles en el corto tiempo. Risk, challenge, complexity, and recognizing patterns all produce dopamine in the brain. So wouldn’t it be true that living the American stereotypical life of sitting around, watching tv and eating fast food would produce depressed, lonely and agitated people? I’ve been there myself and find it all too easy to slip into a pattern of laziness and inaction...when I started my fitness journey a year and a half ago I thought if I just put in the work for a limited amount of time it would become easy after awhile. But I’ve actually found for me, that yes once the tasks become habits it’s easier. However, if I let one thing slide, or one habit go, it goes all the way downhill and it’s extremely difficult to get back up. I didn’t expect it to be such a rollercoaster, but I neglected the fact that life isn’t predictable and conditions are hardly the same all the time. I’ve had a lot of bad days recently, I’ve struggled with fatigue, brain fog and depression. It takes a great deal of effort to pull myself out of these episodes once I’m in them. I guess it’s easy to be hard on yourself. I tend to get overwhelmed by thought, so during this season I try to just take action. My only goal is to combat inaction in my life, to live a life of forward movement. In the grand scheme, I’d like to have more good, progressive & productive days than bad days. It’s not always possible, but what matters is that you’re trying.

🔥 Glute Work 🔥 - Here are a couple smith machine variations for the glutes you guys can try 💪🏻 - First video is a glute bridge. Use a flat bench, keep the bar at your hips, then raise to the ceiling and squeeze tight. - Second video shows a kneeling glute raise. Start in a kneeling position under the smith machine. Unlock the bar and sit back until the glutes touch the calf muscles. Then raise back up while squeezing the glutes. The best kind of change is the one that's consistent. Here is a 6 month journey of a 30 lbs loss. I say consistent because that's the hardest part to be. So with vacations, weekends, mental breaks, and even a a few weeks of stagnant progress (otherwise known as "fuck it" moments), this client has managed to not give up.
