How are you in these crazy times? Don’t know about you but it seems like so many have time to cook and bake at the moment, so at least something nice in these otherwise sad times. I wanted to share with you one of my go-to recipes for dinner or lunch. Smoked salmon salad with chimichurri 🤤 Salad: ✖️Handful of spinach ✖️Handful of salad ✖️Handful of green kale ✖️Broccolini ✖️Garlic ✖️Avocado ✖️Fennel ✖️Smoked salmon ✖️Pomegranate ✖️Sesame seeds ✖️Feta cheese Chimichurri: ✖️1 pack leaf parsley ✖️1 pack parsley ✖️3 cloves garlic ✖️1 chili pepper ✖️1 dl olive oil ✖️1 tbsp honey ✖️1 tbsp apple cider vinegar ✖️1/2 lemons juice ✖️Salt & Pepper Start by chopping all the ingredients for the chimichurri very small, place in a jar, pour over olive oil and blend with a spoon until everything is soaked. Let it rest in the fridge. Cut the garlic and heat up some olive oil in a pan and fry the broccolini for a few minutes. Wash the greens and place them in a bowl. Top with smoked salmon, thin-cut fennel, pomegranates, sliced avocado, broccolini, sesame seeds and a generous swirl of chimichurri. P.S. In a heavy saucepan, cook sugar and water over medium-low heat until melted and golden, about 15 minutes. 2. Do not let caramel sit because it will harden 3. Quickly pour into an ungreased muffin pans, tilting to coat the bottom; let stand for 10 minutes 4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. 5. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, until thoroughly combined. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over caramelized sugar. 6. Place the muffin pan in a larger baking pan. Pour boiling water into larger pan to a depth of 1 in. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until center is just set (mixture will jiggle). 7. Remove muffin pan from a larger pan to a wire rack; cool for 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight. 8. To unmold, run a knife around edges and invert onto a large rimmed serving platter. Cut into wedges or spoon onto dessert plates; spoon sauce over each serving.

{RECIPE} Have you ever tried a 63°C egg? Well if you're like many and you have more time at home, it might be a great technique to experiment with. The idea is to cook the egg as gently as possible to give it a silky texture. Some say it's the ultimate way to cook eggs. . Krystal of @our2flowers has tried it. She's used her Cook Expert for the egg and the food processor for the lovely avo mattress. . SERVES 4 . INGREDIENTS . 63 DEGREE EGG 4 X 60g free range eggs 1.5 litres water . SMASHED AVOCADO 4 slices sourdough bread 1 ripe avocado 1 tbsp lemon juice 60 g fetta cheese 2 tbsp chopped parsley 1 tbsp chopped dill 100 g cherry tomatos salt and pepper to taste olive oil to taste . METHOD . 63 DEGREE EGG 1 Place water in stainless steel bowl 2 Run the EXPERT program 5 minutes / no speed / 63° 3 Place the eggs into the bowl and run the EXPERT program 60 minutes / no speed / 63° 4 Gently peel the shell and place the egg onto the smashed avocado on toast 5 Drizzle with olive oil. . SMASHED AVOCADO 1 Place all ingredients into food processor attachment and PLUSE 3 or 4 times until a chunky consistency forms 2 Spread mixture onto toasted sourdough bread, top with egg, salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil. . {NEW RECIPE} Filet mignon is a delicious traditional cut of pork that's very easy to prepare in your Cook Expert and very comforting. This is the "Honey and Mustard" version. The best! A recipe to bookmark for the coming days. . SERVES 4 . INGREDIENTS . 1 pork fillet 3 tbs seed mustard 1 tbs honey 1 garlic clove 1 onion 40ml olive oil 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of pepper 150ml chicken stock . STEPS . - Cut onion in 4 and tip in metal bowl. Add olive oil. EXPERT PROGRAM 5sec - Speed 13 - No temperature. - With a spatula push ingredients down. EXPERT PROGRAM 5mins - Speed A1 - 105°C. - In a bowl, mix mustard and honey. Place pork fillet on plastic film on the kitchen bench. Brush pork with the mustard/honey mix. - Wrap in plastic film, very tight, in the shape of a saussage. Knot each end. Place in the steam basket. Leave aside. - Add stock and salt in the metal bowl. STEAM PROGRAM 35mins - No Speed - 110°C - Take pork out and open plastic with great care. Empty juice. Serve. . Look at this beauty! 😍😍😍 Pillowy soft, slightly sweet and sooo good with homemade jam. I’m obsessed. Swipe right for the recipe, it’s super easy to make and the perfect indoor activity. I made it yesterday and was really looking forward for our afternoon tea (or coffee, haha) time today because of it. I thought it deserved a post on my feed as well, so neither you nor me have to dig through story highlights to find the recipe. *NOTE* The parts that have been cut off: bake at 200 degrees celsius for 20 minutes, if you like to you can brush it with milk + sprinkle on sugar before baking.

Margaret from @createcookshare just plugged in her Magimix Cook Expert for the first time a few days ago and she tried one of our most famous recipes: the Vichyssoise soup. Chop a few ingredients and Cook Expert does the rest thanks to its Soup Program. . SERVES 6 . INGREDIENTS . 500 g potatoes (Bintje), peeled and cut in 2cm cubes 300 g leeks, sliced 800 ml water 200 ml milk 50 g butter 50 ml single cream 8 g bunch chives salt, pepper . STEPS . 1 Place the potatoes and leeks in the metal bowl. This banana bread is quite apPEALING if I do say so myself 🍌 I'm going bananas for my new recipe. Hopefully will be typed up onto the blog tonight. This has a lovely crisp coating (even where I slightly caught the bananas on top, it actually pulled out the flavour even more). The inside is light and bouncy. I think the electric whisk served me well🤞 Cannot wait to have this for breakfast throughout the week. Coming up with topping ideas as we speak! Thinking of making my own toffee sauce to make a banoffee flavour for tomorrow. What would you top yours with? 🍯 #stayhome

Kofta anda curry 😋💕 🍲 Its yummy!!!!! 😍😍 Recipe of Chicken Kofta Curry For Chickenballs Take 1kg chicken mince, add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper, roasted crushed cumin n coriander seeds, 1 crushed onion, ginger garlic paste, 1 egg, green chillies n fresh coriander ,mix well.. make balls n refrigerate it for 30 mins. For Curry Fry 2 crushed onion in hot oil for 5-8 minutes. Add ginger galric paste, tomatoes puree, green chillies fry until oil separate. Now add 1 cup curd, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder and fry for 5 mins ... add half cup water. Now add meatballs cover n cook on low heat until chickenballs tender. Fry until oil separate from gravy. Now add one cup warm water n cook for 5 minutes. Lastly add boiled eggs...Done 😊 Garnish with fresh coriander and green chillies. Chicken pot pie pasta 😋 Bored? Need a new recipe? Want something healthy but also yummy? I GOTCHUUUU! Easy yummy recipe for you!!! Serves 4-5 people aka perfect for dinner, it makes a great meal prep dish (if you’re still working or for when you go back to work), or to keep as a leftover for quarantine lunches/dinners or hungry kids lol What you’ll need: - 2c noodles (I use Barilla protein plus) - 10oz can fat free cream of mushroom - 10oz can fat free cream of chicken - 2-2.5c shredded chicken (I use rotisserie for convenience) - 1/4c milk - 16oz bag frozen veggie medley - Garlic salt, onion powder, pepper, cayenne pepper (if you like a hint of spice) - Boil water & cook pasta like normal. During this time, shred & dice up your chicken. In a large bowl, add your two cans of soup, seasoning, and chicken. In a strainer, add frozen veggies and rinse until the ice is melted/defrosted. Dry and add into bowl with soup and chicken mixture. When pasta is done cooking, rinse to cool and strain VERY WELL (any leftover water in excess will cause a runny/watery casserole). Add pasta to the bowl. Spray a 9x13 dish (or larger) with nonstick spray, pour entire mixture in dish and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until warm. Serve & enjoy!! A very simple recipe, ultra easy to make in your Cook Expert. . SERVES 6-8 PERSONNES . INGREDIENTS . 85g softened butter 1 tbs vanilla extract (paste is better) 85g sugar 1 egg 150g flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 150g dark chocolate chips 30g mini marshmallows . STEPS . In the metal bowl, tip butter, vanilla and sugar. Expert program 1 min / speed 11 / No temperature. Add the egg. Expert program 1 min / speed 11 / No temperature. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Expert program 1 min / speed 11 / No temperature. Tip only 100g of the chocolate chips. Expert program 30 secs / speed 7 / No temperature. Set dough aside for 30 mins. Preheat oven at 180 °C. Form balls of 2 to 3 cm in diameter and flatten them with your palms. Place cookies on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 mins. Formez des boules de 2 à 3 cm de diamètre et aplatissez-les avec la paume de votre main. Disposez-les sur une plaque à pâtisserie recouverte de papier sulfurisé puis enfournez 10 mins. Take the tray out of the oven and place mini marshmallows and the remaining chocolate chips on top of the cookies. Bake for a few minutes under the grill. "AVOCADO CHILLED SOUP WITH LIME, MINT & CREME FRAICHE" It's a creamy avocado soup with lime, mint and creme fraiche, a light and refreshing recipe for an entree! . SERVES 4 . FOR 6 BALLS . 200g dried figs 150g cashew nut butter 150g maple syrup 50g dark chocolate (or raw chocolate, healthier) 5 tbs grated coconut . STEPS . Place blade in large transparent bowl. Tip all ingredients except coconut. Process for 30 seconds. Scrape the sides if needs be. Restart for 10 seconds. Shape the balls the size of a table spoon. Roll them in coconut. Chicken Burrito Bowl "Casserole". -3 cups of Jasmine rice (mine is brown) (rinse the rice first) -3 cups of chicken broth -1/2 or whole taco seasoning pkt Pressure cook for 4 mins and then do 10 minute natural release -1 can of corn -1 can of black beans (drained & rinsed) -Shredded boiled chicken breasts (Baked or grilled Doesn't matter) -1 jar or a little less of salsa (any kind) -Cheese (any kind - amount is up to you) I used about 1 1/2 cups (hubby is from Wisconsin - we are a MORE CHEESE please kind of family) You can also crumble tortilla chips under the cheese. I forgot this step but we may use them or not, once they are cooked with Avocado Salsa from Sam's. I'm sure sour cream will be involved. Add chicken mince and sauté until mince changes color. Add tomatoes (chopped), tomato ketchup and mix well. Add salt,red chili crushed,black pepper crushed,dried oregano,tomato paste and chicken stock or water,cook for 2-3 minutes. Add capsicum,mix and set aside. For White sauce: In pan, add butter and let it melt, add all-purpose flour and mix well. Gradually add milk and keep stirring and mix continuously. Add salt and white pepper powder and cook until sauce thickens. For Assembling: Grease baking dish with oil or butter, spread white sauce, cover it with lasagna sheets, add chicken filling then again pour white sauce, sprinkle cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Repeat the same process. Sprinkle cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and dried oregano. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 C or until cheese is golden brown. Enjoy:)

(A delicious use of last night's cooked chicken breast, too!) 🥄🥄🥄 🗒Ingredients🗒 • 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth • 1½ cup (360 ml) milk • ½ cup (80 g) onion, peeled, diced • 3 small russet potatoes, baked or boiled • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary • 1 Tablespoon spinach • 4 ounces (125 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked, cubed • salt and pepper, to taste 🥣🥣🥣 🗃Directions🗃 1. Place broth, skim milk, onion, two potatoes, and rosemary into the Vitamix container and secure lid. 2. Select Variable 1. 3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. 4. Blend for 4-5 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid. 5. {NEW RECIPE} This Fish Couscous or Morrocan Fish is a delicious dish with the favour of travel, made so easily in your Cook Expert. Put some good music on, pour yourself a nice drink and start the recipe below. . SERVES 6-8 . INGREDIENTS . 800 g firm white fish (cod, grouper, hake, etc.) ½ preserved lemon, chopped 50 ml olive oil +1 drizzle 2 onions, quartered 2 carrots (200g) 1 courgette (200g) 1 aubergine (200g) 1 turnip (80g) 150 g cooked chickpeas 2 tbsp ras-el-hanout 1 tsp ground turmeric pinch saffron salt, 5 peppercorn blend 300 ml fish stock 50 g raisins . STEPS . 1 Cut the fish into 3-4cm pieces, removing any bones. Place in a salad bowl with the preserved lemon and olive oil; marinate* in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 2 Meanwhile, chop the onions using the EXPERT programme, 20 seconds/speed 13. If necessary, push the mixture down. 3 Add a drizzle of olive oil and restart the EXPERT programme, 5 minutes/ speed 3/120 °C. 4 Cut the vegetables into large cubes. Add the vegetables, chickpeas, spices, pepper and salt to the metal bowl. Tiene un sabor delicioso!! . Este brioche no lleva mantequilla🧈 , usaremos nata con un alto porcentaje en materia grasa, la nata que se usa para montar pero no habrá que montarla. . No dejéis de hacerlo!!! 🍞 Ingredientes: . ✔️460 gr de harina de fuerza. ✔️5 gr de levadura seca de panadero. ✔️2 huevos medianos a temperatura ambiente. ✔️70 gr de azúcar. ✔️200 ml de nata para montar (35% m.g). ✔️la ralladura de una naranja pequeña. ✔️1 cucharadita de agua de azahar. . 🍞Elaboración: . 👉🏻En panificadora: . 1.- Verter todos los ingredientes en la cubeta de la panificadora. . 2.- Seleccionar el programa para pan dulce, tostado medio y para un peso de 700 gr. En mi panificadora este programa tarda unas 3 horas en total. . 3. Una vez que haya finalizado el programa, dejamos media hora dentro de la cubeta y desmoldamos. Dejar que enfríe sobre una rejilla . 👉🏻Metodo manual y honeado convencional: . 1.- Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bol dejar reposar 15 minutos tapado con un trapo a temperatura ambiente. . 2.- Volcar la masa en la mesa de trabajo y amasar (amasado francés). Podemos amasar 2-3 minutos y dejar reposar 10-15 minutos tapado con un paño y a temperatura ambiente. Repetir el proceso hasta  obtener una masa lisa y suave. . 5.- Dejar reposar a temperatura ambiente y tapada con un trapo durante hora y media. . 6.- Desgasificar y dar forma a la masa y pasar a un molde tipo plum cake. {RECIPE} For a cooler day, we suggest a French classic: the Boeuf Bourguignon. Melt in the mouth beef, tender carrots, delicious red wine. Heaven! . SERVES 4/6 . INGREDIENTS . 1 kg beef chuck, diced (3-4cm) 3 carrots (300g), sliced 1 onion, sliced 1 bouquet garni 500 ml red wine 2 garlic cloves 150 g smoked lardons or bacon 4 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp tomato puree salt, pepper 2 tsp rich beef stock 3 tbsp oil . STEPS . 1 Start the day before serving: marinate* the diced beef overnight in red wine with the sliced carrots, onion and bouquet garni*. 2 The following day: take the beef out of the marinade and set aside. Put the lardons or the smoked bacon, diced beef, oil and garlic in the metal bowl. Run the EXPERT programme, 5 minutes/speed 2A/110 °C. 3 Add the marinated* carrots and onion, bouquet garni*, tomato puree and season with salt and pepper. Dilute the powdered beef stock in 200ml warm water and add to the metal bowl; cover the beef with the marinade. Run the EXPERT programme, 20 minutes/speed 1A/110 °C. 4 Add the cornflour (diluted in 4 tbsp of cold water beforhand) then restart the EXPERT programme, 2 hours/speed 1A/95 °C. 5 The meat should be tender when cooked. Prepariamo l’aperitivo con questi BISCOTTI SALATI ALL’EMMENTAL 🍸 la ricetta ve la lascio qui 😉 in un robot o a mano impastate insieme 120 g di burro freddo a dadini con 180g di farina 00. Quando avrete ottenuto un composto sabbioso, unite 2 uova, 50g di parmigiano grattugiato e 50 g di emmental grattugiato, sale e pepe. Otterrete un panetto morbido ma non appiccicoso. Trasferitelo in frigo per mezz’ora, poi dividetelo in 4 parti. Stendete sottilmente ogni porzione di impasto in una sfoglia rotonda che andrete a tagliare in 8 spicchi. Con delle cannucce o tappino praticate dei fori sui biscotti simili a quelli del formaggio. Adagiate i biscotti su una teglia coperta con carta forno e infornate a 180 gradi per circa 15 minuti. Dinner: Ground Beef Pepper Stuffed Paleo “cheese”steak This was so easy and I prepped the peppers and chopped many of the veggies early. Here’s the recipe: 1 pound ground beef Onions, diced Mushrooms, chopped Purple cabbage, chopped Sweet potatoes, diced 4 green peppers halved, chop the tops of the peppers and add to the pan 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon Coconut aminos, Tamari soy sauce, or liquid aminos Instructions: - Preheat oven time 350 degrees - Bake the green peppers for 20-25 minutes until slightly tender - In a large pan, preheat on medium and brown the hamburger - add the onions, mushrooms, cabbage, sweet potatoes and green peppers - cook until tender (about 10-12 minutes) - remove from heat and add mayo and aminos and stir - fill the green pepper halves and bake for 25 minutes Top with cheese before baking if you can eat cheese 🧀 Ps. I don’t measure most of the time. Photo series recipe for my Zucchini and cheese hash browns! 😍😋 Swipe right. 👉 1. Added salt depending on the quantity of grated zucchini (hariyo farsi) and carrot. 2. Let it rest for 20 minutes till the water from the zucchini comes out. 3. Strain all the water out using a cotton piece of cloth. 4. Added grated cheese, chopped onion, green onion, salt, pepper, tbsp of corn flour (or bread crumbs) and an egg. 5. Mixed it all together and shaped them into rectangular hash browns. 6. With only a lil cooking oil, cooked them with the lid on for a few minutes to cook them through, then cooked them without the lid to give them a crispy texture. Additional tip - Try them with mayo or @samyangfoods_nepal hot chicken flavor sauce! So bomb. 💣 🔥 And tadaa, your hash browns/ veggie fritters is ready. Do tag me if you make them. Spicy and creamy Italian chicken sausage pasta 🍝 Posted this recipe before but this was the best I’ve ever made it so I am editing the recipe! It is absolutely one of my top best dishes, I must say!I do not measure my seasonings (sorry) so just estimate based off your taste buds. Serves ~5 people. 2 tbs avocado oil 3 tbs minced garlic Lots of Red pepper flakes (for xxxxtra spice) Garlic salt Onion powder Basil Black pepper Italian seasoning 1/4c Chicken broth 2-3cmarinara/pasta sauce (depending how saucy you like it) 7 tbs organic half and half 5 tbs freshly grated parmesan 3 Trader Joe’s spicy Italian chicken link sausages 3 chicken breasts 1c spinach 9 oz Barilla protein plus penne pasta (or your choice of pasta) In a pan cook your chicken, season with Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning until browned and fully cooked. In a pot cook pasta noodles according to box instructions. Once chicken is cooking, use a large pan and add oil and minced garlic and sauté until light brown. Then add in marinara and chicken broth. Add in a couple shakes of the red pepper flakes (add extra if you like spicy), 7 twists ground black pepper, a few shakes of garlic salt, onion powder, and dash of basil (fresh or basil seasoning). Add in your cooked chicken. Let simmer for a few minutes. While it simmers, dice up your sausage links and cook sausage in a SEPARATE pan (can use your chicken pan to save dishes). Once sausage is browned, add to the sauce. Let stand 3-4 mins (keeping on low heat). Then add half and half and Parmesan and stir, let stand 2-3 mins. Then add in your spinach. Taste it to see if it needs any extra seasonings - I always add extra of every seasoning at the end for even more flavor. Once the spinach is cooked down you can pour it over your pasta. I love this recipe because you cannot mess it up!!!! Just always add what it needs, seasoning wise OR heres a very helpful ***COOKING TIP*** If at any point the sauce is too thick, just add a little more chicken broth and/or marinara. Or if it’s too thin, add in a little grated Parmesan.

Para hacer este delicioso postre no se necesita ni saber cocinar y es super ideal para dias de calor. Lo que vas a necesitar es una o dos cajas de tu sabor de pudín favorito y Galletas Maria @goyafoods o tu galleta de vainilla favorita. Sigue las intrucciones de la caja para el pudín y solo tienes que humedecer las galletas en leche, ve creando capas de galletas y pudin y listo! Un postre hecho en minutos. Te recomiendo dejarlo 2 horas en la nevera para que se compacte el pudin con las galletas y tengas unas lindas capas a la hora de servir. Si te gusto, comparte! Lentil Salad... Son unas natillas veganas de choco-avena, con avellanas, maca, coco, chía, lino, tahine, manzana y plátano. Es que esta delicioso 😊. {RECIPE} A healthy alternative to your Friday night pasta dinner :) CARROT SPAGHETTI WITH PUMPKIN compatible with your Spiral Expert Kit. . SERVES 4 PEOPLE . INGREDIENTS 10 large carrots (800g) 1 garlic clove 1 shallot 8 slices cured ham 100 g ricotta, crumbled Salt & pepper . FOR THE SAUCE 250 g purée pumpkin (home-made or frozen) 150 ml single cream 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp ground nutmeg . STEPS 1 Peel and top and tail the carrots. spiralize with the SPAGHETTI cone. Cut into smaller spaghettis. 2 steam the carrots for 10 minutes. Slice the shallot and the garlic clove. Cook in a frying pan with 1 tbsp olive oil over a moderate heat. Add the pumpkin purée, single cream and ground nutmeg: simmer for 3-5 minutes over a low heat. 3 Add the carrot spaghetti to the sauce and season to taste. 4 Cut the slices of ham into strips and arrange on top of the spaghetti.
