🌱CHICKEN-ROLL RELLENO🧀Y HUARACHE VEGANO🌱 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Esta ha sido de mis comidas favoritas hasta ahora😍, no tenía muchos ingredientes y salió esta delicia🤤(imagínense si hubiera tenido más🤪). - Aquí les dejo la receta súper rápida⏱ y fácil de hacer👇🏻. - 🥬Ingredientes: • 125g de milanesa de pollo (pechuga aplanada). • 1/2 tza. De espinacas. • 1/3 tza. Happy 🐫 day! This has to be one of my all-time favourite breakfasts: a bit of rye toast, some veggies and fried eggs. I topped these toasts with some mashed avo and @aussiesprout broccoli sprouts, my current obsession. Sprouts are such a cheap, easy little addition to literally anything (toast, salads, sandwiches, nourish bowls...) and such a nutritional powerhouse. My favourite variety are the broccoli sprouts, because I'm always looking for easy ways to add more cruciferous veg (i.e. broccoli, cauliflower and brussel sprouts) into my diet. I tend to find that I eat less of these, as they typically require cooking, so I love these as an easy & heat-free alternative. @aussiesprouts are available at @woolworths_au now! Are Carbs Bad?? Let me tell you.. Since going vegan, the majority of my meals have been heavy carby meals. Questa settimana ho deciso di partecipare a due iniziative contemporaneamente: i #3ingredienti della mia adorata @gallettinutrizionista e il #chepescipiglio di @rebel_and_nutritionist , altrettanto adorata. (a proposito, insieme hanno tirato su una cosina molto interessante chiamata @gud_busters_academy , andate a farci un giretto e restate sintonizzati). Con i 3 ingredienti di Livia ho preparato degli involtini con bietola rossa, mandorle sminuzzate e riso parboiled cotto come base (come da contest) a cui ho poi aggiunto porro e filetto di merluzzo, ho cotto poi tutto al vapore. Quando non avete idee e non sapete cosa fare involtinate o polpettate tutto, sono ottimi modi per creare dei piatti unici che contengano verdure, proteine e carboidrati complessi e, come preparazioni, permettono di creare facilmente monoporzioni da congelare e scongelare all'occorrenza. What a fab day that was! Our first Introduction to Sound Healing workshop at the stunning seafront location @74__marina was a great success! @russellingaround taught us how to breathe properly to expand our diaphragm and bring tons of oxygen into the system and how to sing! More specifically how to sing notes which help realign the different energetic centres of the body and which musical notes relate to which planets and how this affects our body, and so much more!!! I made lunch to nourish and sustain our practice. We had a delicious butternut squash, carrot and thyme soup with a cashew and tahini dressing and spiced mixed seeds. @judgesbakery gluten free buckwheat bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar was yummy too. Followed by dark chocolate and almond butter deliciousness, recipe from the super talented @michellemckenzie_nutrition. Having had a massive load of fear about letting my voice out for as long as I can remember, today was an incredibly scary but freeing experience all at the same time!!! I know I have a long way to go, but proud of myself for the progress made today! I feel elated and exhausted at the same time and very much looking forward to my bed this evening!
