Food is not supposed to increase our risks of heart disease, cancer, chronic illness, osteoporosis, hypertension, etc. It’s supposed to heal us. Not saying Veganism is the holy grail of health, but Vegan alternatives are certainly way more healthy & less processed than animal products. The healthiest & REALEST foods you can eat are whole plant foods.
